A light crispy blonde ale created with delicate malt characteristics balanced by a touch of citrusy spice from Pacific Northwest organic hops.- Mad River Brewery’s Steelhead Extra Pale Ale
A bright golden-hued medium-bodied ale with a subtle floral hop character and very mild bitterness. - Lost Coast Brewery’s Tangerine Wheat
A perfect balance of wheat and crystal malts with a kick of citrus, and a crisp finish. - Gentlemen Farmer Wines from the Napa Valley
The owners of The Redwood are especially proud of these wines from their own Napa Valley winery. Guests may choose a bottle of Chardonnay or a Cabernet Sauvignon. These food-friendly small production wines speak to the vintage and showcase the fruit rather than the oak. - Larkin “Larkan” Napa Valley Wines
The red or white Larkan blends are sourced from the same vineyards as Larkin wines. These wines in 375 ml cans are the perfect choice if you wish less than a bottle, or for locations where glass bottles are unwelcome.
